Cloud Cost Optimization Pricing

Starter, Growth, and Enterprise pricing for OhChimp infrastructure intelligence, with monthly and annual plans for teams optimizing cloud costs.

What counts as a cluster?

A cluster is any Kubernetes cluster you connect to OhChimp. EKS, GKE, AKS, self-managed, and local development clusters all count. The Kubernetes integration page shows what OhChimp reads and optimizes.

What cloud providers and tools do you support?

Cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Linode, Oracle Cloud, Render, and Vercel. OhChimp also optimizes Kubernetes, your codebase and Terraform, databases, AI and LLM spend, observability tools, and CI/CD. The integrations page has the full list.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing portal in your organization settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate accordingly. If you want help picking a tier, talk to us.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months, roughly 17% off. Switch between monthly and annual anytime with the toggle at the top of this page.

How does the AI chat work?

Ask OhChimp runs a multi-agent system with specialized analyzers. You ask questions in plain English, and it queries your connected infrastructure to answer with real context across cost, performance, and security. The product tour shows it in action.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don't currently offer a self-serve free trial. Book a demo and we'll walk you through OhChimp on your own stack. Annual plans are billed up front and can be canceled at any time from the Billing portal in your OhChimp organization settings.

What's the year-one ROI guarantee?

If OhChimp doesn't save your team at least what you paid for the platform during your first 12 months on a paid plan, you can request a full refund of the subscription fees you paid during that period. Savings are measured from the verified totals shown on the Costs tab of your OhChimp dashboard (the same numbers you see in-app), so the bar is objective and you can track progress against it from day one. The guarantee applies once per customer, requires good-faith use of the platform (including connecting your cloud accounts and acting on a reasonable share of the savings plans we surface), and you have 30 days after your first 12 months to request the refund. See Section 4 of our Terms for the full clause.

What happens if I exceed my cluster limit?

We'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade. We never cut off access to clusters you've already connected. Reach out and we'll help you size the right plan.

How is data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and never store your actual infrastructure data, only metadata and aggregated metrics. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
